Ruth was fantastic! I discovered Ruth through a 3rd party website that listed top realtors in the Conroe area. I was impressed with her credentials, so I decided to reach out to her. Despite being out of town at a family function, she took my call and met with me later that evening (after being on the road for 4+ hours) for a house that was just listed that day. When I finally selected a house and started going through the approval process, it quickly became a nightmare - causing me to switch lenders mid-stream. And through it all, Ruth remained pleasant, professional and patient. Even when I got upset and threatened to walk away from everything (probably more than once) - Ruth stayed right there - completely unflappable! I am very glad I found her and cannot recommend her enough!
